Sabria named EVP at The Axis Agency

The Axis Agency announced the promotion of Wally Sabria to Executive Vice President of Digital and Social Media.

As a key member of The Axis Agency senior management team and head of the agency’s Miami office, Sabria has driven the agency’s digital competency to new heights and helped position the agency as a leader in the industry. As part of this new leadership role, Sabria will continue to lead the agency’s digital and social media practice and develop a new phase of digital-forward solutions and service products for the agency’s roster of Fortune 500 clients.

Since transferring to Miami from Axis’ headquarters in Los Angeles in 2011, Sabria has led the strategy, concept and development of numerous high-profile digital and social media campaigns for some of the most respected global brands, including MasterCard, PepsiCo, Mattel, Unilever and The Clorox Company, among others.

Over his 15 year career in digital marketing, Wally has been recognized with numerous industry awards. Most recently, his work for Kaiser Permanente won him recognition from PR News and the AVA Awards.

Wally Sabria began his career in Miami, Florida, at the dawn of the Internet era, developing ground-breaking web destinations for music and media brands. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Mass Communications.
