Walker Advertising adds to build on Connecting Hispanic Consumers

Walker Advertising announced he addition of Adriana Lynch as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Andy Rogers as Vice President of Sales & Business Development to its senior management team.

The “dynamic duo,” as they are already being called, brings to Walker tremendous skills and industry expertise to advance the company’s go-to-market strategy and further capitalize on the market need of connecting consumers seeking legal help with qualified lawyers.

Adriana Lynch has more than 25 years’ experience driving substantial growth and market share for companies like Disney, Haagen Dazs, and ConAgra foods. The Brazilian-born marketer has built brands and business in Russia, Asia, the Middle East, Greece, Israel, and Latin America, and has a unique passion for the Hispanic market. “This is prime time for Walker. I am honored to join the executive team and partner with Andy to fine tune Walker’s go-to-market strategy and accelerate the growth of our clients’ practices,” said Lynch. With her extensive track record of spurring customer adoption through targeted product and brand positioning, Lynch will drive all aspects of consumer marketing to create and capitalize on the growing market demand to provide the Hispanic community with more options and access to legal help. “Walker Advertising is at the forefront at this critical time to help customers find quality legal representation,” noted Lynch, “I can’t wait to introduce new customers to our unique value proposition.”

Andy Rogers, a long-time legal marketing executive and Thomson Reuters veteran, joined Walker Advertising from FindLaw, where he spent the past 13 years and held multiple senior sales roles, including, most recently, Director of Sales & Operations for their Lead Solutions Business. At FindLaw, Rogers consistently guided the team to record sales, bringing his deep understanding of how to generate solutions to the client’s legal marketing challenges. Drawing on his proven experience in expanding the reach and effectiveness of sales teams, Rogers will focus on accelerating Walker Advertising’s expansion in new states and new legal verticals such as Mass Tort.
