Casiano Communications, Direct ResponSource assets by Ferrer Faass & Co.

After filing for bankruptcy in Puerto Rico, Casiano Communications and Direct ResponSource have been purchased by Ferrer Faass & Co.
“We have exciting plans for the publications,” CEO Heiko Faass said. “During the next eight-to-10 months we will be fashioning a digital media platform for all major Latino communities in the U.S. and for Latin America, focused on providing high-quality content. In utilizing the existing benefits of Act 20, the major focus of our future strategy will be to produce the content and provide services from Puerto Rico to the targeted markets,” he said.
