Univision Creator Net and Golden Boy Promotions ink deal

The Univision Creator Network (UCN) announced a partnership with Golden Boy Promotions, Oscar de la Hoya’s national boxing promotional company, to develop digital native content for Golden Boy’s YouTube channel. UCN will provide its digital expertise to one of boxing’s most active and respected promoters developing digital campaigns and collaborating on sales and marketing opportunities. As part of the deal, Univision will be Golden Boy’s exclusive partner to sell pre-roll media on its YouTube channel. Creators will also attend live events to engage with boxing fans across all their social media platforms.

Golden Boy will host an influencer night at the highly anticipated “Final 1” battle between Bernard “The Executioner” Hopkins and Joe Smith Jr. on Saturday, December 17 at the “Fabulous” Forum in Los Angeles. The bout will be televised live on HBO World Championship Boxing®. UCN influencers Josh Leyva, Daisy Marquez, David Alvarez, Jeremiah and Ezequiel Cardenas and Gina Fey will attend the event providing fans with a unique, VIP perspective from the Gold Carpet, inside the arena and up close and personal with Oscar de La Hoya.
