Creative Civilization announced the promotion of Kristen Couch to Senior Account Executive in the Account Service Department. She is responsible for the management of marketing campaigns for general market accounts for clients including the San Antonio Express-News and Marriott Plaza San Antonio Hotel.

Couch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and public relations and a minor in business from Texas Christian University. Couch has over four years experience in marketing and advertising.
