U.S. Cellular announced that it has selected LatinWorks Marketing as its national Hispanic marketing agency of record. In this role, the agency will develop regional and national marketing programs, as well as design and execute integrated advertising and marketing strategies targeted at the Latino market.

“U.S. Cellular is committed to providing wireless products and services of value to its Hispanic communities nationwide,” said Peter Cremer, director of brand development for U.S. Cellular. “LatinWorks will help us continue to aggressively grow our wireless presence in an increasingly competitive marketplace. The agency has a proven track record of building brands, and a solid infrastructure in place to mobilize our Hispanic marketing efforts quickly."

Production of print ads and television commercials is underway. The campaign will officially begin in select markets this December.
