Lumina Americas Scores A NFL Touchdown.

The National Football League has chosen Lumina Americas, a New York-based Hispanic marketing services firm, to help expand the NFL’s service to the nation’s growing number of Hispanic fans.

Lumina will work with the NFL and its 32 clubs to broaden their presence in Hispanic communities throughout the country.

“The Hispanic community is the fastest growing segment of our population,” said NFL Senior Vice President Marketing and Entertainment Programming John Collins. “Lumina will help us to better serve Hispanic interest in our game.”

Lumina will assist the NFL in reaching fans through Hispanic media on both the local and national levels. The company also will assist the league in developing marketing plans, creating sponsorship opportunities and ensuring strong Hispanic participation on multiple levels in Super Bowl XXXVII in San Diego, California on January 26.

Lumina will serve as a consultant to NFL clubs on a variety of initiatives in local Hispanic communities.
