Payless Shoe Source hired Cecilia Garcia as Director of Ethnic Marketing. Ms. Garcia has over 13 years of experience in the advertising agency environment building such brands as TJMaxx, Marshall, Starbucks and Allstate Insurance, among others.
Ceci comes to Payless from La Agencia de Orci and Asociados in Los Angeles where she worked hand-in-hand with Hector Orci on all La Agencia’s new business efforts.
