McCallum – Chief Marketing Officer Of Spirits Brands @ Brown-Forman.

Brown-Forman Beverages announced the appointment of Mark McCallum to the position of chief marketing officer for the company’s spirits brands. In this position,
McCallum will oversee the marketing and advertising activities for all of Brown-Forman’s spirits brands, including Jack Daniel’s, Southern Comfort,
Finlandia, Canadian Mist, Early Times, Old Forester, Woodford Reserve, Glenmorangie, Pepe Lopez, Don Eduardo, Tuaca, Amarula, and Appleton. He will
also be responsible for the company’s interactive marketing activities and global marketing services for spirits brands.

“Mark has more than 20 years of business experience in general management, marketing, advertising, and brand building, in both domestic and international
markets, and he will be a great asset to our team as we continue to develop a strong brand-building culture,” said Paul Varga, newly appointed chief
executive officer of Brown-Forman Beverages.

McCallum comes to Brown-Forman from Darden Restaurants, Inc., where he served as executive vice president of marketing for Red Lobster. Prior to
Darden Restaurants, Inc., McCallum served as president, North America, and president, Grocery Division, for Vlasic Foods International, Inc. Before
that, he worked for Campbell Soup Company for five years, serving as general manager of Campbell Soup Australia/New Zealand; managing director of Campbell
Soup Asia; and vice president of marketing, Prepared Foods. McCallum began his career at General Foods/Cadbury Schweppes, PLC, in Australia, where he
spent 15 years in such roles as quality assurance manager, plant manager, brand manager, and vice president of marketing, Food Division.
