Openfilm.com announced a variety of new tools and features that assist independent filmmakers showcase their work and help audiences discover and watch the best Web video in high-definition, for free. The highlights include a Spanish-language version of the site, viewing recommendations and film reviews, advice for filmmakers, a blog that discusses Latin cinema, entertainment and culture, as well as a database of more than a thousand film festivals worldwide.
