Resto Joins Mia Films.

Massimo Martinotti, President and Director of international production network Mia Films/The Mia Network, announced that Debrah Resto joined the Mia Films Miami team as its executive producer this month.

“I am very proud to join an organization that has such a high profile. It is an excellent professional opportunity for me to work with directors from all over the world, who have different styles, and produce with the back up of a really global infrastructure such as Mia Films,” expressed Resto.

“Debrah comes to complete Mia Films Miami team with a solid production experience and the ideal spirit of our network. Besides working very hard for the agencies ideas, we strongly believe in enjoying our work,” commented Martinotti.

Resto has worked for three years as the production manager for Native Films Miami, where she was in charge of projects targeted to the U.S. Hispanic market and Latin America. Some of her past work includes: Sprint (McCann-Erickson Honduras), Gatorade (West Indies & Grey Puerto Rico), Coca-Cola and Sprite (McCann-Erickson Colombia), Florida Lottery (Cooper HMS Miami), and Tang (Ogilvy&Mather Miami), among others.

Prior to this position at Mia Films, Resto freelanced during one year as a producer, where she was in charge of production and postproduction work for 49 Sprint ads for Central and South America, and a four spots campaign to promote Atlanta (Georgia), Dallas (Texas), and Miami’s (Florida) NBA teams.
