Big City Radio Inc. In Troubled Waters.

According to Radio Inl Magazine, Broadcasters Big City Radio Inc. which owns and operates several Hispanic formatted radio stations and other stations in key markets is having serious financial troubles. Recently, Chase Manhattan Bank refused to allow Big City to draw on its revolving credit line. Big City had to seek monies outside of traditional financial sources to meet short-term bills.

Big City is ripe for a buy-out or merge with a Hispanic focused broadcaster in need of Big City’s market penetration.
