Entravision Communications Earns The Only ‘A’ Amongst Spanish Language Radio Stocks.

According to Radio & Records Magazine, the Spanish-language groups enjoyed a boost in fall ratings after Arbitron realigned its Hispanic survey samples.

Lehman Brothers media analyst William Meyers gave top marks to Entravision for fall 2001 — the first time the company’s even made the report card. Meyers, noted that “Entravision’s earnings soared 49% due ratings increases, believes that the group’s strong ratings turnaround will position it to outperform the broader industry as well as its Spanish-language peers this year”.
