The latest circulation averages for the six months ended September 30, 2001 show Hoy’s total paid circulation at 65,768, according to the September 2001 Publisher’s Statement as filed with the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), subject to audit. That compares with a total paid circulation of 50,315 in September 2000.
