Echeverry named News Anchor for Noticiero Telemundo Nueva York

Telemundo Nueva York announced that Colombian journalist Gloria Echeverry has been named news anchor for “Noticiero Telemundo Nueva York,” effective September 30. In her new role, Echeverry will co-anchor the 6pm and 11pm weekday newscasts along with renowned journalist Jorge Ramos.

“I begin this new phase excited to be part of Telemundo Nueva York’s great team of professionals and eager to share the desk with Jorge Ramos,” said Echeverry. “I look forward to delivering our audience the news of the day, and advising them on how that information is going to directly affect their families.”
