Univision 41 in New York wins Five Emmys

WXTV Univision 41 was honored by the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) with five Emmy Awards. The station’s morning newscast, “Noticias Univision 41 Al Despertar” (Univision 41 News at Dawn) won in the category of Best Morning Newscast. WXTV is the premier Spanish-language television station in the New York area.
 
“These awards speak to our continued commitment to inform, entertain and empower the Hispanic community here in the Tri-State area,” said Ramón J. Pineda, senior vice president/general manager, WXTV Univision 41. “We are honored and proud to have the New York chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences recognize our commitment to excellence.”
