Burson-Marsteller is looking for a senior strategic communications/Hispanic marketing professional with a stellar reputation and exceptional leadership skills to lead and expand our Burson Latino Practice. This position can be based in Miami or New York.
This leader is already active in the Latino community and a recognized and respected Hispanic marketing professional, with deep understanding of the US Hispanic consumer, the media (traditional/social), and stakeholders. He/she will assume a leadership role at our agency, and will contribute to the success and growth of our company by providing insights and developing strategic communications plans that help our clients more deeply understand the Latino market, so they can achieve their business goals.
He/she will be responsible for driving significant new business, managing and growing client relationships, developing and executing strategic and creative integrated communications programs, leading and developing a great team, and further strengthening our reputation for excellence and innovation.
- 10-12 years with a global PR or ad agency managing integrated communications programs for large brands.
- Specific expertise developing and managing PR and digital communications programs.
- Proven experience with identifying and winning new business and managing teams and client relationships.
- Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills with ability to navigate C-suite conversations and large corporate cultures.
- Fluency in English/Spanish; compelling writer in both languages.
- Master’s degree preferred.
