Job Description: 

South Florida advertising agency seeks PROGRAMMATIC TRADER for general and Hispanic market clients across a wide range of industries.  The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in a hands-on programmatic field and a minimum of 2 years of experience within a digital environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing campaigns for assigned accounts
  • Managing campaigns within new technologies
  • Campaign set-up of programmatic buys in buying platforms/DSPs
  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance and delivery against client KPI(s)
  • Platform optimizations as warranted by performance
  • Managing campaign set up, optimization performance techniques, and revenue management
  • Contribute to business growth recommending new opportunities, and guiding planning teams to implement digital media solutions
  • Support and educate planning teams in identifying opportunities and delivering recommendations to clients
  • Reporting to departmental and client leads on a timely basis
  • Delivery of campaign performance reporting on a timely basis
  • Delivery of audience and optimizations insights on a timely basis
  • Maintain current/ongoing industry knowledge of buying platform updates and integrations
  • Direct supervision and onboarding of new traders as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, industry certification(s) or work-related equivalence
  • 1+ years in a hands-on programmatic field (DSPs such as Media Math, DBM, TTD, other)
  • 1-3 years of experience within a digital environment, DSP, SSP, advertising network or publisher
  • Strong verbal/written/presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within group environment
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance into actionable recommendations, including creative insights and solutions to meet campaign challenges
  • Analytical thinker with a strong problem solving acumen
