Natalie Boden, the founder and president of BODEN Agency, was inducted into the 2020 PRWeek Hall of Femme during a virtual ceremony that brought together hundreds of industry professionals. This award is the highest accolade in the communications profession and recognizes professionals who have transformed the industry and who serve as a source of inspiration to the next generation of PR leaders.

“It is a privilege to be recognized by PRWeek and to be in the company of the most respected women in the public relations industry,” said Boden. “As a Latina and an immigrant, receiving this recognition is both an honor and a responsibility. This is an important time for representation in our country and I'm committed to continuing to support the next generation of diverse, visionary and empathetic leaders in communications."

Natalie’s vision to create a communications agency with diversity at its core has paid off. She recognized that companies needed to understand, connect, and invest in multicultural markets to succeed. Under Natalie’s leadership, BODEN has established itself as the country’s leading Hispanic public relations agency, serving Fortune 500 companies such as Target, McDonald’s, UnitedHealthcare, DISHLatino and L’Oréal’s Dermablend.

PRWeek’s 2020 Hall of Femme inductees are selected after reviewing the contributions and achievements of countless talented communicators across the nation in order to identify those that demonstrate leadership, creativity, excellence, and the true spirit of public relations.
