Vamos Wireless! 2001.

Latin Venture announced that it has finalized its list of distinguished speakers and panelists for its first wireless telecommunications and Internet conference, Vamos Wireless! 2001.

The confirmed keynote speaker for Vamos Wireless! 2001, which will be held Feb. 12-13 at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL, will be Masaki Yoshikawa, President and CEO of NTT DoCoMo USA, the North American subsidiary of Japan’s i-mode wireless Internet powerhouse. Motorola Senior Vice-President Carlos Genardini, who also serves as president of Motorola Latin America and Caribbean Region, and Scott Nevins, President and COO of leading wireless application service provider GiantBear, have likewise confirmed.

Also among the 45 confirmed distinguished speakers and panelists at Vamos Wireless! 2001 are: Bernard Bleuer, Alcatel’s Director of Fixed-Wireless Business Development; Fabian de la Rua, CEO of Brazilian wireless Internet content provider SeliG; Ivan Lopez, Director of Mobile Internet for Ericsson; Ritesh Patel, Vice-President of Technology for Quaxar’s global e-business facilitator Agency.com; Jorge Fernandez, Nortel Networks Senior Advisor for Wireless Internet; Francisco Alvez, Master Card Director of Business Development for Latin America; Scott Moeller, President and CEO of wireless application service provider Mshift; David Brillenbourg, Vice-President of Business Development for StarMedia Mobile; and, Glen Schmid, Vice-President of Wireless Business Development for wireless software and infrastructure provider Wysdom.
