AOL LatAM & Zoom Media Group Announce Content Agreement.

America Online Latin America, Inc. announced an online content agreement with Zoom Media Group (ZMG), publishers of Poder Magazine and Loft Magazine. This agreement will bring content from the two publications to AOL members in Mexico, Argentina, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Hispanic market via AOL Keyword: Latino and creates cross-promotional opportunities between the companies.

As part of this agreement, Zoom Media will provide AOL Latin America with content from its magazines Poder and Loft. In addition, the companies may engage in a number of cross-promotional activities, including providing AOL Keywords for the magazines and links to ZMG’s Web site. In return, AOL Latin America will be promoted across ZMG’s online and offline outlets. In addition, AOL Latin America will promote ZMG magazine subscriptions for which the Company will receive a portion of revenues generated from this promotion.

Demographically, ZMG publications are targeted to an audience that is educated and in the higher socio-economic classes, with credit cards and tech-savvy. Poder provides editorially independent business and political news to a vibrant audience in Latin America and the US Hispanic market. Loft magazine appeals to those interested in the latest lifestyles and fashions in the region.
