Bill Gates @ Poder Magazine.

In an exclusive interview in its inaugural October issue, Poder’s Alexandre Alfredo finds out what motivates the world’s richest man to keep on showing up for work. The secret, it turns out, is that Gates – despite having over $50 billion – is just a regular guy who loves his work, his family and running the most powerful company in the world.

Also, in a special section on the fallout from the tragic events of September 11, Poder looks at the effects the attacks may have on Latin America and its complex relationships with the United States. Contributors include: former US drug czar General Barry McCaffrey, former deputy secretary of the Pentagon Ana Maria Salazar, Venezuelan trade minister Gabriela Febres, The Independent’s Robert Fisk and terrorism expert Ariel Merari. Other features include the crisis of Argentina’s number 3 economic group, Exxel, and the success of Camper, a Spanish family-run shoe company.

Poder, formerly Punto-com, also unveiled a redesign and new sections as part of its re-launch as Poder and announced several new key columnists and personnel, including:
