Top Latin musicians from the Americas and the Caribbean are scheduled to perform at this year’s 3rd Annual Festival De Las Americas (FDLA) on October 24-27, 2001 in the Dutch Caribbean island of Aruba. This year’s festival line-up includes the Latin Grammy nominated Chichi Peralta y Son Familia, Grammy nominated Fulanito, Puerto Rican salsero Jerry Rivera and Tito Nieves.
“Rumba Pre-Festival”-Wednesday, October 24: Fans will get a chance to mingle with the stars of the festival.
“Noche Romantica” (Romantic Evening) at Tropicana Showroom-Thursday, October 25: Features international and local Bolero singers from Cuba, Curacao, Venezuela and Aruba.
FDLA Concert at Centro di Bario Piedra Plat-Friday, October 26: Features performances by Grammy nominated Fulanito, Puerto Rican salsero Jerry Rivera and the local Aruban band, Oreo.
