Coca-Cola Fountain Digital Marketing Communication Alliance.

Coca-Cola Fountain (CCF) and Allure Fusion Media, Inc. announced an exclusive alliance to bring Digital Marketing Communications (DMC) solutions to fast food and hospitality restaurant customers throughout the United States. The Allure technology would replace static plastic merchandising signs and menu boards — the sole communications in most fast food restaurants — with wireless, digital, Web- enabled solutions. These new digital boards allow restaurateurs to display and instantly update multiple DVD-quality promotions, core messaging, and graphics. This advanced technology and digital content expertise has been proven to increase same store sales by an average of 31 percent in quick serve restaurant
franchises located in the southeastern United States. Through this agreement, CCF will introduce Allure and the turnkey DMC network solution to CCF’s food service retail customers. During the past two years, CCF and Allure have been designing, building and testing this DMC solution.

According to Eric McCarthey, senior vice-president, Coca-Cola Fountain, “Coca-Cola continually seeks ways to improve the consumer’s on-site experience through the creation of unique environments. Allure’s technology enables customized messages by time of day and by location through instant programming, which practically guarantees that the restaurant’s key messages will be merchandised in the outlet.”
