The final match of the Japan/Korea 2002 games could end up making a millionaire out of some lucky Radio Unica listener this summer. Hispanic America's talk and sports radio network, in conjunction with America-Tel, is inviting listeners to participate for an opportunity to win $1 million by predicting the two finalist teams and final score of the final match set for June 30 in Japan/Korea.

To participate, listeners need simply call (888) 594-0123, toll free, at any time between now and May 29 with their predictions. These must include the exact names and scores of the two finalist teams, as well as entrants' names, addresses and phone numbers. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older and be legal U.S. residents.

Radio Unica will hold a random drawing on May 30 to select two finalists. The names of the finalists and their predictions will be announced on June 30, immediately following the broadcast of the final match. The finalist with the correct prediction will be awarded the million dollar grand prize. Should both finalists guess correctly, the money will be split 50/50 with each receiving $500,000. A consolation prize of $10,000 will be awarded to each finalist who fails to predict the winning teams and scores.

"We are very happy to be able to offer our listeners a chance at becoming a millionaire, while tuning in to the best radio news coverage of the Japan/Korea 2002 Games in the nation," said Jose C. Cancela, president of Radio Unica Communications Corp. "Whether they win the money or not, everyone who tunes in to 'El Mundial al Despertar' is a winner. We will be following the games closely, and providing our listeners daily with valuable information, including the latest scores, commentary, highlights, team strategies and news."
