Entravision launches Regional Mexican Format La Tricolor 103.5 on KPST-FM in Palm Springs.

Entravision Communications Corporation announced the launch of La Tricolor 103.5 on KPST-FM in Palm Springs, California. The station, which launched last week, is bringing the high energy mix of banda, corrido, norteña, ranchera and emerging Regional Mexican genres to the Coachella Valley region.

“Entravision is dedicated to providing its audiences with highly in-demand musical content and some of the most well-known on-air personalities,” said Jeffery Liberman, President of Entravision’s Radio Division. “Our stations are located in markets where the Latino community is flourishing and we continue to deliver popular genres of music and the highest quality Spanish-language radio content to our listeners. The launch of La Tricolor 103.5 FM in the Palm Springs area will surely attract a wide number of listeners throughout the Coachella Valley region.”

In addition to La Tricolor 103.5, Entravision operates José 94.7 KLOB-FM in the Palm Springs market – a music format which includes a mix of Spanish-language Mexican Regional hits from the 1970’s to the present. Entravision also owns and operates the Univision and TeleFutura television affiliates in the Palm Springs area, KVER-CA and KEVC-CA.
