Lotus Entravision Reps Acquires Team El Dorado.

El Dorado Communications, Inc. and Lotus Entravision Reps LLC (LER) announced that LER has acquired Team El Dorado, the national sales representation arm of El Dorado.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Team El Dorado’s operations will be folded into LER’s existing operations and Team El Dorado will assign to LER the national account representation for radio stations currently represented by Team El Dorado. Additionally, LER will be the exclusive national advertising representative of radio stations owned by El Dorado.

LER, a recently formed joint venture between Entravision Communications Corporation and Lotus Hispanic Reps Corp., is the exclusive national advertising representative for all Spanish-language radio stations owned by Entravision and Lotus Communications Corp. and for all other radio stations previously represented by Lotus Hispanic Reps.
