Regional Programming Directors @ Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation.

Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation announced the promotion of two managers to the newly created positions of Regional Programming Director. Mr. Arnulfo Ramirez, will be responsible for managing the programming for each of the Company’s Regional Mexican and Romantica stations throughout the state of Texas. Mr. J.D. Gonzalez will be responsible for the Company’s Tejano and Hip-Hop stations in Texas.

Mr. Gary Stone, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of HBC, stated, “The promotion of Arnulfo and J.D. to the newly created Regional Program Director position reflects their knowledge and experience in Spanish-language radio programming and our desire to more effectively manage the many radio stations we operate in the state of Texas.

Commenting on these appointments, Mr. Mark Masepohl, Vice President and Regional Manager for HBC’s Texas region, stated, “Arnulfo and J.D. have the ability to take our highly-respected Texas radio stations to the next level. These promotions recognize the performance each has accomplished and will provide for additional ratings growth for our stations.

Mr. Don Davis, Vice President of Programming for HBC, had this comment, “Arnulfo and J.D. are very deserving of this recognition. The skills behind J.D.’s achievements with the San Antonio stations, particularly The Beat, and Arnulfo’s continuing success with KLTN and K-Love in Houston, will now be put to work at all of our Texas stations to the benefit of our whole company.
