Santiago & Valdes Solutions Grows.

In a response to corporate America’s demand for “in-culture” consulting, Santiago & Valdes Solutions announced the appointment of Arminda Figueroa as vice president and partner. The addition of Figueroa to the team and the rapid growth of the company further underscores the need for strategic counsel as corporate America reaches the exploding multicultural market.

In her position as vice president and partner, Figueroa is responsible for account management and operational functions of Santiago & Valdes Solutions, including human resources, procurement, IT/technology.

Figueroa brings over 12 years of solid hands-on experience and advanced academic knowledge of traditional, direct and digital marketing to Santiago & Valdes Solutions. She is the former Director of Internet Service Provider Marketing for Univision OnLine where she introduced new customer marketing concepts and delivered impressive returns. Prior to her work at Univision OnLine, Figueroa managed a national Hispanic marketing campaign that delivered the best ROI and features per sale of any campaign for Verizon. Earlier in her career, at Anheuser-Bush, she served as a crisis manager and on a special task committee to help evaluate a $1 billion investment in Corona Beer.

She has received numerous recognitions from various community and professional organizations including the 1999 Woman of the Year Award by the National Puerto Rican Parade and the National Hispanic Scholarship Fund for Outstanding and Generous Support.
