vCustomer Corporation, a provider of customer care solutions to English speaking customers in North America and Europe, and Hispanic Teleservices Corporation (HTC), a provider of outsourced customer support for the Hispanic market, announced a strategic partnership to promote their contact center and CRM Services worldwide for both English and Spanish-speaking support offerings.
