Telemundo Deportes World Cup Experts return

Telemundo Deportes’ World Cup soccer expert team returns to present exclusive Spanish-language coverage the 2018-2019 Premier League this week Friday, August 10 at 3 p.m. ET with Manchester United vs. Leicester City live on Universo. Opening week wraps up Sunday, August 12 on Telemundo at 10:30 a.m. ET, featuring the defending champion Manchester City vs. Arsenal.

Following Telemundo Deportes’ complete presentation of all 64 2018 World Cup matches, which featured 113 players from last season’s Premier League in the World Cup, the Telemundo Deportes soccer expert team returns to provide play-by-play commentary led by Andrés Cantor, Sammy Sadovnik, Copán Álvarez, Carlos Hermosillo and Manuel Sol. The commentators will also contribute to the pre and post analysis alongside Miguel Gurwitz.

Telemundo Deportes’ Emmy-nominated sports analysis show – and the only Spanish-language show dedicated exclusively to capturing all the action of the Premier League – La Liga Premier: Tercer Tiempo returns for a new season and debuts new, state-of-the-art studio from the recently inaugurated headquarters of Telemundo Center. Gurwitz will lead the show’s discussion alongside Cantor, Sol and Sadovnik, starting this Sunday, August 12, after the live coverage of Manchester City vs. Arsenal.

The new set hosted out of one of the new studios at the recently inaugurated Telemundo Center features more than 6,000 square feet surrounded by multiples areas, gigantic LED screens with the latest technology and a new roundtable for discussions. This new set was created with viewers in mind – for them to enjoy the new space with a studio equipped to deliver the best in-depth analysis and special reporting around all the excitement of this 2018-2019 Premier League season.

Telemundo Deportes will present 140 live matches across Telemundo and Universo, and livestream all broadcasts via TelemundoDeportes.com and the Telemundo Deportes En Vivo App. An additional 80 matches will be available for streaming exclusively on digital platforms (TelemundoDeportes.com and the Telemundo Deportes En Vivo App), offering a total of at least 220 live matches.

In addition, TelemundoDeportes.com and the Telemundo Deportes social media platforms will complement the coverage with extensive content, video highlights, stats, features, interviews, and news and updates throughout the season.
