Republica Havas announced the appointment of Jason Wolske and Danny Alvarez as the agency’s Executive Creative Directors, effective immediately. Based out of Republica Havas’ Miami headquarters, Wolske and Alvarez will report to Luis Casamayor, Co-Founder, President and Chief Creative Officer. In the newly created roles, they will lead the agency’s creative team across a roster of major clients.

“Jason and Danny have proven to be fearless proponents of transformative creativity,” said Luis Casamayor. “Bringing in senior creative leadership that understands the importance of meaningful, culturally relevant work was paramount,” added Casamayor.

During their more than 15 years of industry experience, Wolske and Alvarez have played a pivotal role in winning new business as well as building and maintaining client relationships. Most recently serving as Group Creative Directors at DAVID Miami, the agency won over 25 global advertising awards for top brands, including Burger King, where their work contributed to earning the company the first-ever Cannes Lions Creative Brand of the Year, in June 2019. Previously, they each worked at several different agencies, including Crispin, Porter + Bogusky, Wieden+Kennedy, Deutsch, BBDO, and TBWA\Chiat\Day.
