In this role, Xenodakis will lead Republica's media strategy, planning, buying, and analytics practice. Republica handles media duties for clients around the globe, including the U.S. general and multicultural markets.

Xenodakis brings more than 20 years of agency and client-side experience, including leading multidisciplinary marketing and media practices within multinational advertising agencies in the U.S. and abroad. She joins Republica from Omnicom Media Group where she most recently held the position of group business director, investment and accountability. Xenodakis previously worked for top firms such as MEC, where she was senior group managing partner, and Mindshare, where she served as managing partner. She has vast experience in numerous industries and has worked with major brands such as PepsiCo, Visa, Bridgestone, Estee Lauder, Visit Mexico, Colgate-Palmolive, Mattel, Chanel, and Procter & Gamble, to name a few.
