Lavecchia, a twenty-year veteran with the agency, will oversee all areas of client engagement, account management and integrated planning. Hauri, who moved to Y&R in 2014 initially to lead the Wendy’s Hispanic business, will be charged with leading and managing the agency’s creative output across all clients. Both will report to Eric Hoyt, President and CEO of the Bravo Group and Y&R Miami

The two led the successful launch of Wendy’s ongoing “Es Rico Ser Distintos” Hispanic campaign, as well as Mazda’s latest Hispanic effort which launched in Japanese; and the beIN Sports’ “beIN Bed” integrated campaign for El Clásico creatively led by Hauri.
