Journal of Cultural Marketing Strategy launching in 2015

Henry Stewart Publications and The Center for Multicultural Science have announced that a significant new publication in the field of marketing, Journal of Cultural Marketing Strategy will be launched in 2015.

Journal of Cultural Marketing Strategy is committed to publishing a broad spectrum of practical, methodological, and empirical articles that make a useful and substantive contribution to the field of cultural marketing. The journal is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Daryn Moody, Publisher at Henry Stewart Publications commented, “We are pleased to announce the launch of the first journal aimed at researching the multicultural and cross-cultural consumer. No longer can corporations think of this segment as a niche—when they make up the majority of the population in major cities across the U.S. and the world.”

In addition to descriptive articles of best practice and latest development by leading professionals working in the field, Journal of Cultural Marketing Strategy will emphasize rigorous analysis with an empirical orientation that is of interest to a broad audience, including academics and business practitioners. Research studies that borrow from, and interact with, other fields such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, and anthropology will also be welcome.  The journal has a high calibre editorial team. It will be led by Co-founder and Editor, Dr. Jake Beniflah. The Editor will be supported by an impressive Editorial Board, including senior practitioners and distinguished researchers from academia. Editorial Board members include among other luminaries, Dr. David Aacker, Dr. Philip Kotler, and others.

Jake Beniflah stated, “The demographic landscape of major cities in the United States and elsewhere will require that every organization has a strong understanding of the multicultural and cross-cultural consumer. The aim of the Journal of Cultural Marketing Strategy is help drive ROI for leading organizations by answering the most pressing questions through rigorous and reliable research.”
