New insights into Hispanic Network Radio Listening [REPORT]

The latest Nielsen Audio Today Report  profiles the impact of Network Radio among Hispanics, and the nearly 30 million listeners that are reached by Network Radio each week in hundreds of markets around the country.
 
Some key Hispanic-based findings from the report include:

  • Network Radio programming reaches more than 60% of all Hispanics in the U.S. every week, including 65% of Hispanic Millennials and Generation X consumers, and 63% of Hispanic Boomers.
  • The listeners reached by these networks are highly qualified Hispanic consumers; 70% have household incomes greater than $75k per year, 66% are college graduates and 64% are in the work-force.

 
The top markets for Network Radio penetration among Hispanic consumers are Chicago and Albuquerque (both at 79% of the Hispanic population listening to Network Radio each week), followed by New York (74.6%), Orlando (72.3%), Tucson (71.6%) and Houston (69.4%)
