Focus Multimedia Merges.

Focus Multimedia, an interactive solutions firm, announced its decision to merge with Parasoul LLC, an interactive marketing company led by a veteran of the interactive marketing industry. Retaining Focus Multimedia as its name, the newly combined company will combine its Web product development capabilities with Parasoul’s online marketing prowess to deliver a full range of interactive solutions that enable companies to effectively build and maintain relationships with their customers.

Lee Vann, founder of Parasoul and an experienced marketing executive, will serve as Vice President of Strategic Marketing Services, and will direct Focus Multimedia’s interactive marketing services division, to be officed in San Diego, CA. Mr. Vann, a former Division Vice President at interactive advertising pioneer L90, has concepted and executed marketing solutions for companies such as Nike, McDonalds, AT&T Wireless, Verizon, Epson, and Mitsubishi.

“We are excited to join forces with a rapidly growing company such as Focus Multimedia,” said Mr. Vann. “I am confident that our combined efforts will deliver a greater return on investment for clients.”

Under Mr. Vann’s leadership, Focus Multimedia’s marketing services division will offer expertise in research, strategy, and online marketing, including specific functional groups focusing on customer acquisition and customer retention.
