The House of Tequila Cazadores U.S. Cultural Exchange Tour.

Cinco de Mayo was more than just a party this year. The House of Tequila Cazadores announced a unique cultural exchange tour that will educate U.S. consumers about Mexican culture and heritage; and in the process introduce two new products: Cazadores Añejo and Cazadores Blanco.

Cazadores is rolling out the products in an 11-state tour, “Las Chicas Cazadores,” authentic brand ambassadors from Jalisco, Mexico. These cultural experts will visit key U.S. markets such as California, Texas, Illinois and Colorado to name a few.

At each public appearance, the nine women and one mariachi will demonstrate through a blend of Mariachi music, traditional costumes, authentic dances and décor how Cazadores reflects the rich heritage and history of Mexico.

The legacy of Cazadores combined with the rich culture of Jalisco and the history of tequila will allow U.S. consumers to experience the authentic taste of premium Cazadores brands and help bring them closer to Mexican traditions.

All of the women on the tour are raised in Mexico and bring special talents in song, dance, and cultural exchange experience. Las Chicas Cazadores will make appearances at key venues such as restaurants, bars, liquor stores and markets and will also be featured in print and on radio and television programs throughout the U.S.

Given the uniqueness of the new Cazadores Añejo, the House of Cazadores wanted packaging that stayed true to the brand identity, while still alluding to the magic of what is inside the bottle. The elegant packaging reflects the quality of the aged liquor. The bottle has the deer etched into glass that comes from France. Additionally, there is a wood-stopper from Mexico and a cork closure. The brands are imported to the U.S. by Tequila Cazadores, Seal Beach, CA.

“Tequila Cazadores is produced in the Los Altos mountain region of Jalisco, a high altitude area known for its steep red lands and where agave plants thrive on the quality of the rich soil,” said Antonio Pujala, senior marketing manager for the House of Cazadores. “Through Las Chicas Cazadores cultural exchange tour, we’ll be educating U.S. consumers about Mexican culture and traditions and the region of Jalisco that uniquely gives Tequila Cazadores brands a rich and smooth flavor.”
