Todito.com, S.A. de C.V. and Grupo Elektra, S.A. de C.V. announced the expansion of Todito-branded Internet kiosks to 450 Elektra stores located throughout Mexico. The Todito-branded kiosks sell computers and Todito's Internet connection service. Qualified Elektra customers may purchase the computer and Internet packages through Elektra's renowned credit program.

"We are very pleased to be expanding this project with Elektra and launching new ones, such as our Todito pre-paid Internet access cards," commented Todito.com's CEO, Tim Parsa. "Together, Todito and Elektra are bringing the Internet to the average Mexican family, which means more computer sales for Elektra and increased revenue and more loyal Internet users for Todito."

The placement of Todito-branded kiosks in Elektra stores is part of the five-year strategic alliance signed between the two companies in May 2000, which also covers on-line promotion and e-commerce support.

"The kiosks have allowed us to launch a new product line, leveraging the strong brand recognition of Todito," commented Javier Sarro, Elektra's Chief Executive Officer. "Todito and Elektra will play a key role in expanding Internet use in Mexico over the next five years. The Todito-branded kiosks generate additional traffic to our stores, increase our sales and help educate our customers about the Internet."
