Telemundo 51 launches new local morning show.

WSCV Telemundo 51 will launch its new morning show Buenos Días Miami on October 18th at 6am. The show will air live every morning from 6am to 7am, hosted by Daisy Ballmajó and Abel Hernández. They will be joined by Paola Reyes who will present the show’s news segments, and by meteorologist Denise Isaac who, like Daisy Ballmajó, is joining the Telemundo 51 team for the first time.
“The changes to our local morning programming will be to everyone’s liking as a result of having one full hour of news with Noticiero 51 from 5am to 6am, followed by Buenos Días Miami, a show we are sure will become an audience favorite because of its excellent content and because of its co-hosts,” stated Manuel Martinez, President of Telemundo 51.
The new Noticiero 51 at 5:00am will be anchored by Paola Reyes, who has been a key member of Telemundo 51’s news team since February, 2005. Meteorologist Denise Isaac with also be part of the 5am newscast.
“Buenos Días Miami is designed to be an informative, very entertaining and interactive program which will present all that is happening in South Florida, and because of its format, content and the spontaneity of its hosts this will be the first show if its kind produced in this market,” declared Migdalia Figueroa, Vice President of Content of Telemundo 51.
“When we launch Buenos Dias Miami the audience is going to enjoy Daisy Ballmajó’s participation and that of her co-host Abel Hernández who will also continue to co-host “Acceso Total” at 11:30am,” stated Migdalia Figueroa. “Abel and Daisy have the perfect energy and personality to wake up to every morning,” added Figueroa.
