Telemundo Launches ‘Terra Esperanza’ Romantic Epic.

From the creators of “Terra Nostra” and “El Clon,” comes “Terra Esperanza,” Telemundo’s new romantic epic which promises to be unforgettable. Beginning December 11 at 10PM (ET/PT), viewers will share the dreams of Tony, an Italian immigrant, who leaves everything behind -including the love of his life- and sails away to a foreign land during the 1930’s, hoping to make his dreams come true.

This amazing production brings together some of “Terra Nostra’s” most renowned and admired artists such as, Antonio Fagundes, Raúl Cortéz, Ana Paula Arosio, and Maria Fernanda Candido; alongside great new performers which are certain to steal the audience’s heart.

The main plot of the story is centered on Toni, a handsome and adventurous young man who lives a secret passionate romance with a beautiful “ragazza” named María. Due to past rivalries, their families hate each other; however, this doesn’t matter to Toni for he is willing to do everything in his power to defend his love. But, María lacks the courage to do the same and when Tony tries to convince her to flee with him to Brazil, she decides to let him go and await his return. Little did she know, Toni’s departure would change their life forever…
