Alejandro Sanchez named GM & Publisher of Houston Chronicle – La Voz.

The Houston Chronicle announced new leadership in the areas of Spanish-language publishing, marketing and communications, naming Alejandro “Alex” Sanchez, as the general manager and publisher of La Voz.
Mr. Sanchez joins the Chronicle from the Dallas Morning News, where he served as general manager of communications and automotive and publisher of the Spanish-language publication Al Día, which became profitable for the first time under his leadership. An executive with more than 20 years of marketing and advertising experience, Sanchez previously served as VP/GM at LBI media, GM at Entravision Communications and VP/GM at Radio Unica.
