Una Vez Mas, LP to purchase Azteca America full-power TV station to serve San Francisco.

(UVM) announced that it has acquired KEMO TV 50, Santa Rosa, California from High Plains Broadcasting, Inc. and Newport Television. The station was formerly named KFTY and will continue to serve the San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose area. KEMO, now an affiliate of the Azteca America television network, can be viewed on Comcast Channel 31, DirecTV and Dish Channel 50.

With the addition of the San Francisco DMA, Una Vez Mas has expanded its reach from coast-to-coast, reaching 36 percent of US Hispanics.”
