Herrera named Regional Sales Manager at MegaTV.

Spanish Broadcasting System Inc., (“SBS”) announced the promotion of industry veteran Carlos Herrera to Regional Sales Manager for MegaTV, SBS’s Television property. In his new role, Mr. Herrera will be responsible for regional “spot” sales, paid programming and infomercials for the network MegaTV in Miami, West Palm Beach, New York, Chicago, Houston, Fresno- California, Salt Lake City, Orlando, Tampa,  Puerto Rico, DIRECTV, AT&T U-Verse and other markets, while coordinating and overseeing regional sales representatives.

“Carlos has extensive television industry sales experience and is a proven leader,” said Albert Rodriguez, General Manager of MegaTV and Chief Revenue Officer of SBS Consolidated Operations. “We are confident that he will be a valuable contributor to the future success of MegaTV for years to come.”

Herrera was previously a Sales Manager in charge of the Infomercial Sales Department on both a local and national level for MegaTV.
