Enrique Gil founder of EMG, Inc. passes.

Enrique Gil, Hispanic Marketing Pioneer and Founder of EMG, Inc. (Ethnic Marketing Group) passed away on August 25, 2011, after battling with cancer. Enrique is survived by his wife and two sons. Mass service was held on Sept. 9 in Tolucal Lake, CA. EMG opened its doors in Valencia, CA, in 1991 with clients Tupperware, Southern CA Toyota Dealerships and Weber Grills. other current EMG clients include Diageo, Shasta Beverages, Gallo Family Vineyards and Ocean Spray in the area of Hispanic shopper marketing.

“We will miss him immensely as he was a great friend, leader and mentor, and we will continue to grow EMG with the same ideals, fairness and ingenuity in working with our clients” said Mario Echevarria, managing director at EMG.
