Deschapelles named Sr. VP of Sports Sales at Univision.

Univision Communications Inc. named Carlos Deschapelles senior vice president of Sports Sales. Deschapelles will oversee the sales of Univision’s expanding portfolio of sports properties across all platforms. He will continue to be based in New York and will report to David Lawenda, president of Advertising Sales and Marketing, Univision Communications Inc.
 
In this new role, Deschapelles will lead a dedicated team tasked with enhancing the Company’s multi-platform sports sales efforts. Mal Karwoski, Jose Garriga and Dan Flynn, all serving as vice presidents of Sports Sales, will report to Deschapelles.
