KWHY-TV kicks-off VEA y GANA.

Local Spanish language independent station, KWHY-TV will be hosting VEA y GANA (Watch and Win) May sweepstakes starting today April 28th through May 25th. Two lucky viewers will win $1000 each per day by watching locally produced weekly shows Con Chile y Limón which airs from 5:00-6:00pm M-F and Mundo Deportivo Pólemico which airs from 6:00-7:00pm also M-F.
The only thing viewers have to do to win the thousand dollars is watch for the key phrases that will appear on screen throughout both programs. The hosts of the shows will advise viewers when to call the studio with the key phrase. The first caller to get it right wins the thousand dollars.
Con Chile y Limón covers all aspects of the Latino entertainment world including the up to date gossip on the stars that populate the screens of both Univision and Telemundo, making it a unique offering in the world of Spanish language television. The show is hosted by Nayzeth Carrillo, Cindy Martinez, Mariana Montenegro and Manfredo Schmidt.
Mundo Deportivo Pólemico is hosted by Ch. 22 veteran sports anchor Diana Alvarado along with respected sports journalist Hipolito Gamboa, longtime sports analyst John Laguna, Mexican soccer insider Elmer Souza and former Chivas superstar Martin “El Pulpo” Zuniga. Together they make up the most experienced and knowledgeable sports team in Los Angeles.
