Audio Network announces Disney Latin America deal

Audio Network, has struck a deal with Disney Latin America and renewed key partnerships with Telemundo, Claxson, Cinelatino, MVS Television, Warner, MTV3, SiTV, and HBO Latin America to provide them with unlimited access to its music for all their inclusive programs and promotions.

Disney Latin America’s annual deal with Audio Network will provide their in-house marketing and promo team, along with their third-party producers, access to the library for all productions across the year. Due to their content having wide geographical distribution (both the footprint of their channel and the international sales/distribution of their programs), it was important for Disney Latin America and Audio Network‚s existing Latin partners to work with a library that provided the studio with music that was pre-cleared for distribution across all platforms, territories and in perpetuity, along with the opportunity to synch in multiple regions.

According to Rose Adkins, Vice President of Business Development at Audio Network, “Audio Network has seen rapid growth in the Latin sector over the last six months as the demand for content in this area continues to grow. We look forward to a great partnership with Disney Latin America and our existing Latin American clients.” Adkins continues, “Latin American producers and broadcasters are the fastest area of growth for Audio Network’s business, which is up from 2% to 20% over the past year.”

Telemundo’s Manager of Music Affairs, Jaika Lara, expanded on their choice to renew with Audio Network, “We struggled to find that true‚ Latin sound in production libraries. We are thrilled to have access to Audio Network’s library, as we now have sharp sounding tracks that are ready for TV and radio.”
