EstrellaTV enters The Sunflower State.

Liberman Broadcasting, Inc. (LBI Media) announced that its national Hispanic television network, EstrellaTV, has inked an affiliate deal with River City Broadcasting Inc. in the Wichita-Hutchinson, Kansas market.
