Liberman Broadcasting, Inc. (LBI Media) announced that it has entered into an affiliate agreement with Applebaum Television to air its popular Hispanic network, Estrella TV, on KSBT-TV, Channel 32.

“Our KSBT accord extends Estrella TV’s long-term strategy of identifying key partners in geographically relevant areas and sensibly expanding our portfolio,” said Lenard Liberman, Chief Executive Officer and President of LBI Media. “We are committed to meeting the entertainment needs of the local Hispanic community and providing an effective platform through which marketers can strengthen their brands.”

Arnold N. Applebaum, Chairman Applebaum Television stated, “We are excited to bring quality Spanish-language programming to the Santa Barbara Hispanic community.” He added that “Estrella TV is available to over-the-air viewers on channel 32” and mentioned that they are working to secure cable carriage for Estrella TV on COX in Santa Barbara as well.
